Provides direct services. Homeless shelter for men, women, children, and families, transportation. Dial-a-Ride.
Head Start, low income energy assistance, Job Corps referral, transitional housing, and case management, CHIP, Public Transit,
Family Educational Services, Welfare to Work Program.

Varies for each program. Anyone without a place to stay can be eligible to stay in the shelter. Persons
under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to stay in the shelter.
