Providing domiciliary care for eligible veterans.  Independent living arrangement with food, shelter, and living accommodations.  Veteran must be able to feed and dress self and be able to take own medication without assistance.
Fee based on income.  Will be no more than 50% of income.  No income-no fee.

Monday-Friday from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.  Providing readjustment counseling services for eligible veterans, focusing on Vietnam era.  Services include individual and group counseling, alcohol and drug counseling, benefits and referral assistance, employment counseling and job referral, community education, liaison with VA, referral to other community agencies, and information on veterans service organizations and projects.  No fee for services.
Veterans with general or higher discharges.

Must be other than a Dishonorably Discharged veteran.  Must have a DD-214.  Must meet income guidelines or be a first generation college student.
