The ages vary. The right from the Start Program takes Medicaid only. Referral from appropriate agency (DHHR, Juvenil Probation, etc.)

Right from the Start Program (high risk infants) Adoption, community based services. Sprecialized Foster Care (Recruitment of foster families and placement of children). Visitation support, youth service workers. Level 1,2 and 3 residential placement.
