Services
Main Office: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Provides direct services. Dial-a-Ride. Head Start, Early Head Start, referral, transitional housing, and case management, Public Transportation, Family Educational Services, Welfare to Work Program. Our programs cover multiple areas of community needs. The programs here at RCCAA have been proven to be effective.
