Clinical Preventive Services, Counseling Services, Immunizations for International Travel, HIV Testing and Counseling, EPSDT-Health Check Program, Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program Services (i.e., Pap, Pelvic and Mammogram referrals), Physical Exams, Immunizations, Communicable Disease Control, Family Planning, Sexually Transmitted DIsease Program, Environmental Health Services. Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
