Monday - Wednesday 8:30 am to 3:30 pm; Thursday - 8:30 - 4:30 - The Raleigh County Housing Authority provides rental assistance to low income families. Qualifying families are issued certificates or vouchers and locate a rental unit themselves. Section 8 - These programs are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD.
