Support Groups/ Counseling Services
Providing support group membership and counseling. No fee for services. Meetings are currently being held in Fayette, Nicholas and Raleigh counties of District 3, in the cities of Mt. Hope, Oak Hill, Summersville and Beckley. All it takes to start a meeting is 2 people, a meeting place and perhaps a coffee pot.
Support group for families that have lost a loved one. Contact the Hospice Office for days and times of meetings. Or call toll free at 1-800-900-6404.

Groups offered: Parenting, Chronic pain, Anxiety and depression, Substance abouse ( for adolescents, meets 5 days a week, after school, transportation available), Substance abuse ( women only, meets 5 days a week 10:30am to 2:30pm, child car and transportation available), Substance abuse( men meet 5 days a week 10:30am to 2:30pm, transportation available), Substance abuse evening group( meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings)

We meet once a week on Tuesdays, September through June, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Lunch is served at noon and costs $3.00. Membership is $20 a year.
