Eligibility
If you meet the medical criteria for this Program, currently hold a West Virginia medicaid medical card or are Medicaid eligible and are age two or above, you can be served. To verify information for them you must call Morgantown office at (304) 291-9066.
Services

Personal care offers, in-home assistance to allow persons to be cared for in their homes rather than in a long term care facility.  Care such as: help with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping or similar tasks. This assistance can be provided to the elderly, the physically disabled, the mentally raterded and the developmentally disabled.

Eligibility
This agency applies to individuals living in West Virginia who are financially and medically disadvantaged.  Funding is provided by the State and Federal Governments.
Services

This service provides an evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation for children with chronic handicapping of disabling conditions.  Such disorders or handicaps include: Certain disorders involving the bones, joints, or muscles; heart defects; epilepsy and other convulsive disorders; neurological disorders (cerebral palsy and spina bifida); certain operable eye conditions; kidney and urological disorders; cleft lip/palate and other condition requiring plastic surgery, such as burns; certain conditions such as hemophilia, cystic fibrosis, and sickle cell anemia; ear, nose and throat conditions requiring treatment by an otolarynologist.
