Personal care offers, in-home assistance to allow persons to be cared for in their homes rather than in a long term care facility. Care such as: help with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, housekeeping or similar tasks. This assistance can be provided to the elderly, the physically disabled, the mentally raterded and the developmentally disabled.
Office: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Home-Based Family Preservation-provides therapeutic and supportive interventions including counseling, parenting education, problem solving skills, basic living skills, in-home services, and case management services.
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Nurse on call 24 hours a day) RN, LPN,CNA, social worker, bereavement, medical equipment, pain control, and symptom management.
